• Quote requests: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (optional), the service you need, project location and project details.
• Job applications: your name, phone, email, the position and experience level you choose, and any message you write. If you send a CV by email or WhatsApp, we receive that too.
• Direct messages: anything you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or Facebook.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages visited.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your questions and prepare quotes.
• To review job applications and contact suitable candidates.
• To keep our website secure and working well.
• To meet legal obligations under the laws of Nepal.

We use your information only for the purpose you gave it for.

We keep quote and inquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
